The Environment

For more than 25 years, the founders of Jugando Aprendemos , the Perez family, have been positively impacting the lives of children by developing and implementing ground-breaking care and early childhood education programs. Starting in 1995 with a location in West New York, NJ, the unique programs that the Perez family developed quickly caught on and expansion soon followed. Within our care, children develop skills that promote physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth. The foundation of Jugando Aprendemos was built on three key educational and care principles: Jugando Aprendemos y crecemos – through play, we learn and grow.

Our Staff

We require on-going professional development and training for our staff. Our staff is trained as per the early childhood center regulations form the NJDOE as well as job embedded professional development to also meet the needs. Our is trained staff through state classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and by other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR and most importantly Praesidium Abuse and Molestation training to ensure the safest learning environment is provided for all children.

Our Philosophy

We are dedicated and committed to our children by providing exceptional education and quality child care. It is our philosophy to focus on the needs of the individual child by providing a stimulating atmosphere for learning along with a secure loving environment. It is our belief that a childcare facility should be an extension of each child's family. Our teachers and parents are encouraged to work together to provide the love and support needed as your child reaches developmental milestones and his/her own personal achievements! We are passionate about education and providing our children with the tools to be successful in life.
